Mathruchaya
“Mathruchaya” is a registered organization which takes care of
children from economically and socially backward families. Ashram
provides shelter, food, clothing, healthcare and education (all
at free of cost) to children who have lost their parents. Presently
it is a “HOME” for 30 orphaned girls.
KSS requests its members to contribute towards the charity of the
year for 2008 Mathruchaya.

it is a HOME for 30 orphaned girls. Mathruchaya is located
in 'Shimoga' (or Shivamogga) city in Karnataka.
KSS requests all Kannadigas in greater Sacramento and surrounding
areas to support this cause and help to achieve our goal of supporting
financially as much we can. The goal is to collect minimum $1000
and no limit on maximum amount. This amount will be used by Mathruchaya
to construct their own building instead of renting a place.
You can send your contributions to the following address payable
to "Kannada Sangha of Sacramento" or "KSS".
In all the KSS events you will see a donation box which is used
for collecting funds. You can donate either by cash or personal
check. Since KSS is 501(3) (c) non-profit organization, this donation
is tax deductible. KSS will provide a receipt for your donation.
